Qualifications

• Experience with safety audits and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of SH&E across a complex Navy sustainment program.
• Drive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the program.
• Oversee incident investigations, audits, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing HSE team and liaise with senior stakeholders.
