Qualifications
- Citizenship with Defence security clearance or ability to obtain.
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety & Environment disciplines.
- Lead Auditor certifications for ISO9001 and ISO45001 with auditing experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead SH&E outcomes on significant naval sustainment programs.
- Drive safety culture and regulatory compliance across the program.
- Manage risk, investigations, audits, training and performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing HSE team and collaborations with stakeholders.
