Job summary

cohealth in Melbourne’s Inner North is seeking an experienced leader to drive harm reduction, primary health and outreach services. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, champion client-centred care, and contribute to high quality outcomes across our services.

About the role

Lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering harm reduction, primary health, and outreach services in Melbourne’s Inner North. Drive service excellence, support staff development, and champion compassionate, client-centred care for people who use drugs.

• Facilitate and monitor the delivery of assigned programs, ensuring program reporting requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Lead the development of clear referral pathways for service clients, within cohealth and other service providers
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve responsive services which are codesigned with consumers and are impactful
• Enable teams through coaching – assisting teams as a collective and as individuals in achieving their goals and working toward best outcomes

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Extensive management leadership experience working in community or public health with marginalised populations
