Job summary

cohealth in Melbourne's Inner North leads a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering harm reduction, primary health, and outreach services. You will drive service excellence, support staff development, and champion client-centred care for people who use drugs.

Qualifications

• Extensive management leadership experience in community or public health with marginalised populations.
• Demonstrated skills developing and leading team and organisational culture; delivering to performance objectives.
• Proven track record of leading, supervising and coaching staff to deliver high quality care outcomes.
• Relevant tertiary qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor the delivery of assigned programs, ensuring reporting requirements are completed accurately and timely.
• Lead development of clear referral pathways for service clients within cohealth and other providers.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve responsive, codesigned services with consumers.
• Enable teams through coaching, supporting both collective and individual goals to achieve best outcomes.

About the role

• Facilitate and monitor the delivery of assigned programs, ensuing program reporting requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Lead the development of clear referral pathways for service clients, within cohealth and other service providers
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve responsive services which are codesigned with consumers and are impactful
• Enable teams through coaching - assisting teams as a collective and as individuals in achieving their goals and working toward best outcomes
