Job summary

Helping Minds is hiring a Program Development Officer to design and enhance programs for children, young people and families affected by mental health challenges. You will develop content, resources and tools to support consistent program delivery and outcomes measurement.

The role involves collaboration with service users, families and stakeholders, plus reporting on program results and improvements. A relevant degree and a driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in counselling, psychology, social work or related discipline with understanding of mental health and child development.
• Experience researching, designing and developing programs, courses, workshops or psychoeducational resources.
• Valid driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop evidence-informed programs and services for children, young people and families.
• Create program content, resources, tools and guides for consistent delivery.
• Review and evaluate programs regularly and report findings.
