Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group-based behavioural change programs.
• Experience in criminal justice, case management or related human services.
• Experience in practice supervision, mentoring or leading others.
• Ability to engage with community groups and implement development strategies.
• Experience with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Understanding of behavioural change theories and models.
• Knowledge of risk assessment instruments and processes.
• Knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures.
• Strong problem solving, networking and risk management skills.
