Job summary

Queensland Corrective Services – Spring Creek QLD is seeking a Program Delivery Officer to coordinate women-specific programs at Southern Queensland Correctional Centre. The role aims to support rehabilitation and reintegration of women in custody back into the community.

Ideal candidates will have experience delivering group-based behavioural change programs and knowledge of criminal justice or related human services fields, with ability to engage diverse communities and lead project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group-based behavioural change programs.
• Understanding of the criminal justice or human services field.
• Ability to lead, motivate and supervise others.
• Ability to engage with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate women-specific programs at Southern Queensland Correctional Centre.
• Contribute to rehabilitation and reintegration of women in custody to community settings.
• Collaborate with community groups and manage program delivery logistics.
