Job summary

The University of Melbourne is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to govern the Chief People Officer portfolio and enable strategic delivery through digital workflows. You will design systems, workflows and artefacts that improve visibility and decision-making for senior leaders across the portfolio.

You will oversee governance maturity, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to uplift performance using cutting-edge digital tools such as Asana and Copilot.

Qualifications

• Hold a postgraduate qualification in human resources, law, risk management or similar, or equivalent experience and training.
• Demonstrate expertise in drafting and editing governance artefacts, reports and briefings for executive audiences.
• Translate complex information into structured governance documentation and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and embed governance and portfolio management practices across the Chief People Officer portfolio.
• Configure and manage digital platforms (Asana and workflow tools) for planning, reporting and prioritisation.
• Produce governance artefacts, reports and executive briefings for senior leaders.
• Develop technology-enabled workflows, automations and task management to improve data quality.
