Job summary

Esperance SHS, part of the Department of Education, seeks an energetic Program Coordinator to lead Student Services from Term 1, 2027. You will work with the Principal and leadership team to drive educational leadership, aim for learner success, and foster a student-centred environment aligned with the school’s vision and values.

You will communicate effectively, promote the school's mission, and participate in developing the school's strategic direction with staff and the community.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills are essential.
• Hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
• Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
