Randstad is currently partnering with Electro Optic Systems in securing Program Analysts to work within their Defence division. As part of broad on-going growth for both defence and space teams, the business has a need for Program Analysts to provide support to their critical and complex projects.

The purpose of the Program Analyst role is to analyse deficiencies through root cause methodology and
implement process improvements to enhance programs efficiency to meet performance metrics and
Delivery on Time objectives.

About The Role:

Primary duties

The job plays a pivotal role in reviewing enterprise and project data to assist in improvements to programs function’s performance within EOS. The Program Analyst evaluates existing programs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies as directed by the Programs Operations Planning Manager to increase efficiency and effectiveness against project milestones.

You will provide expertise in data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and review of schedules, risk/issues
registers, reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
