The City of Adelaide is seeking a Program Administration Assistant to join the Regulatory Services Program. You will provide trusted administrative support to the Associate Director and program teams, helping keep information organized and accessible when needed.
You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings and forums, prepare documents and minutes, and support reporting and financial processes while building strong relationships across the organisation to deliver great community outcomes.
As the Program Administration Assistant, you’ll be an important part of the Regulatory Services Program, providing trusted administrative support to the Associate Director and program teams. You’ll help keep things organised, connected and moving forward, ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.
From managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings, workshops and forums, to preparing documents, taking minutes and supporting reporting and financial processes, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Program. You’ll also work closely with teams across the organisation, building positive relationships and helping colleagues stay focused on delivering great outcomes for the community.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right and is naturally organised and proactive. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve administrative processes and become a valued and trusted support to a busy and diverse program.

Please be advised this is a full time, fixed term opportunity until September 2027 with a starting salary at the Level 4 Classification commencing $92,916 + 12% superannuation.
