Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a Commercial Analyst - Profit Protection to drive data-led insights across its national brands. You’ll analyze stock loss, shrink, and inventory data to identify trends and root causes, then translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

You will build and improve Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations to provide clear, decision-ready insights to Profit Protection, Operations and Commercial teams across QLD, NSW and VIC.

Qualifications

• Experience in Profit Protection, Loss Prevention or related analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data insight.
• Advanced Power BI reporting and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze stocktake, inventory, shrink and loss data to identify trends.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for clear insights.
• Deliver analyses that support loss reduction and commercial decisions.
• Support investigations with data-driven evidence and audits.
