Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a Senior Profit Protection Leader to head Central Operations across four iconic brands, driving loss initiatives, governance and sustainable solutions that reduce shrink and improve stock integrity. In this role you will lead delivery, establish operating rhythms, simplify processes, turn insights into action and enable change across Rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF and Macpac.

• Proven experience leading complex operational programs across large, multi-site environments.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into action and drive execution.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Group-Wide Delivery - Lead the execution of profit protection priorities across all brands, aligning initiatives, managing dependencies and ensuring delivery stays on track to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Lead Governance & Operational Excellence - Establish strong operating rhythms, governance frameworks and accountability measures across teams.
• Simplify & Improve Processes - Identify opportunities to streamline ways of working, improve compliance and drive efficiencies through standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Turn Insights Into Action - Leverage reporting, analytics and performance reviews to identify trends, measure success and support data-driven decisions that reduce shrink and improve stock integrity.
• Connect Stakeholders & Enable Change - Partner across the business to align priorities, remove barriers and ensure initiatives are implemented and adopted across brands and functions.
• Strengthen Capability & Performance - Support leaders with tools and guidance to embed best-practice profit protection processes and deliver sustainable results.
