Job summary

Aurec Human Capital Group is recruiting a Senior Profisee Developer for a Federal Government program. The role focuses on delivering an enterprise MDM platform on Azure, with hands-on responsibilities across data governance, integration, and data quality in a risk-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Senior Profisee Developer | Federal Government

About the Opportunity

• Step into a hands-on technical role within a major Federal Government environment, driving data governance, integration, and data quality to support nationwide enterprise objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Profisee platform.

• Design and maintain robust integrations between Profisee, enterprise applications, and data platforms utilizing APIs, Azure services, and ETL/ELT technologies.

• Implement comprehensive data quality controls, validation processes, matching and survivorship rules, and stewardship workflows.

• Investigate and resolve complex platform, integration, and data-related issues across development, test, and production environments.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards, DevOps practices, CI/CD deployment automation, and operational processes.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members while engaging collaboratively with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:

• Technical Toolkit: Profisee MDM, Microsoft Azure services (including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Logic Apps), SQL, APIs, ETL/ELT, Agile, and DevOps.

• Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience developing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions, backed by a strong foundational understanding of Master Data, Reference Data, Data Governance, and Hierarchy Management.

• Core Capabilities: Proven capability in troubleshooting complex technical issues, establishing data quality frameworks, and delivering complex data solutions within large enterprise or highly regulated government environments.

• Candidates MUST hold a current NV1 security clearance.
