Job summary

Clicks is seeking a Profisee Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end design, deployment and operation of Profisee MDM solutions across multiple environments in Australia. You will configure master and reference data, hierarchies and matching rules while shaping data governance and steward ship practices.

The role demands strong Azure cloud expertise and hands-on integration work with REST APIs and ETL/ELT pipelines.

Qualifications

• Profisee MDM experience across enterprise solutions.
• Experience configuring Master Data, Reference Data, Data Quality, Data Governance, Stewardship, Matching & Survivorship and Hierarchies.
• Strong understanding of MDM operating models, governance and lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering MDM platforms from architecture to production support.
• Enterprise data modelling and information architecture experience.
• Hands-on integration with REST APIs, Azure Data Factory and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong Azure and cloud architecture experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting production data platforms.

Profisee Technical Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation and operation of Profisee MDM solutions.
• Configure Master Data, Reference Data, hierarchies, matching, survivorship, data quality and stewardship workflows.
• Design enterprise data models and information architectures.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deploy and support Profisee across Microsoft Azure environments.
• Implement data ingestion, mastering, publication and syndication processes.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and environment automation.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration and data issues across development, testing and production.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams.
• Work with business stakeholders and data stewards to establish effective data governance practices.

Must have

• Strong hands-on experience with Profisee MDM and enterprise Master Data Management.
• Proven experience configuring Master Data, Reference Data, Data Quality, Data Governance, Stewardship, Matching & Survivorship and Hierarchies.
• Strong understanding of MDM operating models, governance, and master data lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering MDM platforms from architecture and design through production and operational support.
• Strong enterprise data modelling and information architecture experience.
• Hands-on integration experience with REST APIs, Azure Data Factory, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, performance tuning and supporting production data platforms.

Good to Have

• Profisee experience with Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Azure Synapse, Microsoft Purview, and Power BI.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Exposure to containerised and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Profisee MDM.
