UTS Business School invites applications for a Professor of Organisation Studies in the Organisations, Work and Operations Discipline. The appointee will provide academic and research leadership, maintain a strong research program and strengthen collaborations within the School and across UTS.

The role emphasises mentoring early- and mid-career researchers, leading major research funding, and contributing to teaching and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• PhD in Organisation Studies, Management or closely related discipline.
• Outstanding and sustained research record appropriate to Professor (Level E).
• National and international reputation with significant international experience.
• Track record of securing competitive research funding and grants.
• Mentoring and developing early- and mid-career researchers, including HDR supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide intellectual and research leadership in Organisation Studies within the Discipline and across UTS Business School.
• Maintain an internationally recognised program of high-quality research with impact.
• Lead competitive research funding applications and major collaborative initiatives.
• Build national and international research collaborations and networks.
• Mentor and develop early- and mid-career researchers and supervise HDR students.
• Contribute to high-quality teaching, curriculum development and academic leadership.
