Coast Hosting is seeking meticulous cleaners to maintain a portfolio of luxury holiday homes on the NSW coast. You will perform full cleaning, bed making after departures, and report maintenance issues to keep properties pristine for guests.

The role requires attention to detail, a passion for cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently under tight turnarounds, with occasional laundry or special requests. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Responsibilities

We are seeking meticulous and dedicated luxury holiday home cleaners to maintain our high-end holiday property portfolio to exceeding standards.

The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for cleanliness, and the ability to ensure every guest enjoys a pristine, luxurious and welcoming environment.

This role involves;

Full cleaning and bed making following a guest departure

Reporting any maintenance issues to ensure each property remains in impeccable condition

Ensure all appliances, fixtures, and furnishings are in perfect working order and spotless.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

Follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Work efficiently to prepare the property for guest arrivals, often within tight turnaround times.

Provide occasional additional services, such as laundry or special cleaning requests, as needed.

Requirements:

Current ABN, Driver's license and vehicle

Your own insurances and a proven track record and experience in cleaning, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality settings.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a flawless standard of cleanliness.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Excellent communication skills to report issues and interact professionally with management.

Well presented, reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest turnover
