Job summary

Sheesh Cleaning in Nowra is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to service residential homes and Airbnb properties across the Nowra area. Part-time role 10-15 hours per week with potential to grow as you take on more clients.

You'll work independently, manage your own schedule, and represent the business professionally at clients' homes. Australian work rights required.

We provide cleaning supplies and a fuel card as you build a regular client base.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are a local, growing cleaning business dedicated to providing exceptional service across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas. With new business opportunities and continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team.

A suitable candidate for this role would be someone who likes to work 10-15 hours a week upon employment to service the Nowra and surrounding areas. There will be opportunity to build up clientele and take on more hours if the candidate wishes to do so.

We are looking for a highly experienced cleaner who can confidently work independently, take initiative on-site, and deliver a consistently high standard without supervision. The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping straight into jobs, managing their own time, and representing the business professionally in clients' homes. The right attitude is key for this role.

As a Cleaner for Sheesh Cleaning, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various properties. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb properties.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring all areas are spotless.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Change bed linens and towels for Airbnb turnovers.

Skills:

• Previous cleaning experience with general cleaning, Deep cleaning, Airbnb's and/or hotels.
• Understand and able to execute aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
