Job summary

Direct Recruitment is seeking self-motivated Production Workers for a hands-on role in Corio, VIC. The position involves general production tasks, painting, laminating, and use of drills and hand tools. Training is provided and rotation across tasks is expected to ensure broad skills development.

Ongoing days are Monday to Friday, with hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm and potential overtime. Applicants must hold a Police Check and White Card; additional tickets are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Valid Police Check and White Card are required.
• Experience with hand tools and a reliable, self-motivated attitude are important.
• Prior experience in production, manufacturing or construction is advantageous.

What we need:

We are looking for self-motivated Production Workers who are hands-on, reliable and comfortable working across a range of production tasks. Experience with hand tools, manufacturing or construction is highly regarded, but full training is available.

Main focus

• General production and manufacturing work
• Painting
• Laminating
• Using drills and general hand tools
• Using grinders and glue guns
• Working safely and following production procedures
• Rotating between different tasks and areas
• Maintaining quality and attention to detail

• Pay: $33.55 per hour
• Location: Corio, VIC
• Days: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 6:00am–2:30pm

Requirements:
