Job summary

Opal Packaging in Innisfail is seeking a hands-on Production Worker for a permanent day shift in our box erecting operation. You'll be part of a small, supportive team, helping load/unload trucks, set up equipment, and keep production moving safely.

You should be mechanically minded with a good work ethic, be ready to learn machine setup and troubleshooting, and contribute to quality and on-time deliveries. A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

We are looking for a motivatedProduction Worker to join our Innisfail Depot. This is a permanent day shift opportunity within our box erecting operation, ideal for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys practical work, and is keen to learn new skills.

About the Role

As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in supporting our depot operations by:

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks
• Setting up and operating box erecting equipment
• Performing basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Monitoring production quality and output
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting team members to meet customer delivery requirements
• Learning new skills and growing your technical knowledge
