MTC Recruitment Limited is seeking a Production Operator in Caringbah on a 12-hour rotating roster. The role is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full working rights required, offering stable hours and on-site training.

You will package, lift (<12kg), clean machines, and adjust packaging while ensuring quality and cycle times. Reporting defects and following procedures are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20kg safely.
• Familiarity with general hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.

Production Operator – 12-Hour Rotating Roster

• 2 Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2 Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 4 Days Off

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging, lifting, and carrying products (<12kg)
• Cleaning machines and maintaining factory floor hygiene
• Performing packaging adjustments to meet quality standards
• Identifying and reporting product defects (e.g., short shots, bubbles)
• Ensuring machines run at correct cycle times
• Following quality procedures and supervisor instructions
