Job summary

Baiada Poultry is seeking Process Workers to join the team at the Hanwood processing plant. Immediate start with full-time hours, competitive rates plus allowances and penalties, and a pathway to permanent employment.

No experience required as full training is provided. You will work on production lines, maintain quality and safety standards, and support general production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Processing, handling, packaging, and labelling poultry products
• Working on production lines to meet daily production targets
• Maintaining product quality and food safety standards
• Operating equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Conducting quality checks and reporting any issues to supervisors
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
• Assisting with general production and labouring duties as required
