What is the Role?

We are currently recruiting for production workers for our Kinrise Baking team at Hallam. We have permanent positions available for experienced workers in the following roles:

Positions And Specific Role Requirements

• Mixer/Depositor: Previous experience with mixing ingredients to recipe specifications.
• Line Operator: Able to perform key tasks in operating machinery (set up, operate, fault find and shut down).

Skills/Competencies Required

• You work well in a team, meet production targets, and support others through buddy training.
• You have strong communication, literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills, plus a continuous learning mindset.
• You are detail‑oriented, effective at problem solving, and complete compliance documents accurately.

Shifts and Conditions

• Positions are available across afternoon and night shift.
• Afternoon shifts available from 2:00pm-10:06pm.
• Night shifts available from 10:00pm – 6:06am.
• Shift loading and penalty rates apply.
• Overtime available as required or in peak demand periods.
• Positions are available for immediate start.
