Kinrise in Hallam, Victoria, is seeking reliable Packers to join our production team on a 6-month maximum term contract. The role supports packing, labeling and preparation of finished products to meet safety and quality standards in a busy food manufacturing environment.
You will work across day, afternoon or night shifts, wear PPE, and be part of a safety‑focused team. Prior packing experience and HACCP knowledge are valued, with strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

We are looking for reliable and motivated Packers to join our production team in Hallam on 6-month maximum term contracts. This is a hands‑on role within a busy food manufacturing environment, supporting the packing, labelling and preparation of finished products to meet safety, quality and production standards.
You will be a good communicator, who is dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment. You will have good attention to detail, be able to follow instructions and procedures, and work well as part of a team.
Weekend overtime may also be available.
This role is based in a food manufacturing environment. Employees are required to wear PPE, including eyewear and hearing protection, and follow all safety, hygiene and quality procedures. This is a physically active role and requires standing and walking on concrete floors, lifting and carrying up to 10kg, bending, twisting, reaching, gripping and regular neck movements.
