What you'll be doing

You’ll be working as part of a production team assembling air conditioning units. Your duties will include:

• Assembling components and finished units
• Using hand and power tools
• Following assembly instructions and processes
• Fitting parts and components
• Quality checking finished products
• Packing and preparing completed units
• Keeping your work area clean and safe
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What we're looking for

You don't necessarily need to come from an air conditioning background. We're interested in people who are hands-on, reliable and comfortable using tools.

You may have previously worked as a:

• Production Worker
• Assembler
• Factory Hand
• Manufacturing Worker
• Trades Assistant
• Process Worker
• Machine Operator

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• A reliable and positive attitude
• Good physical fitness for hands-on production work
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Availability for ongoing work

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is highly regarded, but attitude, reliability and practical ability are just as important.
