Job summary

Labour Hire Services Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Production Supervisor for a hands-on leadership role in a recycling facility in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will oversee daily production activities, drive safety, and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to achieve targets.

The role requires 5+ years of site operations experience in recycling or related industries, strong KPI discipline, and a commercial mindset. Pre-employment screening and a current driver''s licence are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in site operations in recycling / manufacturing / quarry with supervisory experience.
• Commercial mindset with experience working to production KPIs.
• Continuous improvement focus and genuine passion for sustainability.
• Pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.
• Current driver''s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team, promoting a strong and safe team culture.
• Oversee production to meet targets for output, quality and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and report against targets.
• Coordinate safety, PPE, environment and quality teams to ensure compliance standards are met.
• Support and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and elevate urgent repairs as needed.
• Be a role model for safety and zero harm.
