Job summary

Visy is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the Springvale Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Melbourne. You will manage three Team Leaders and about 35 staff across 24/7 operations, spending time on the floor to drive performance, problem-solve and implement improvements.

Ideal candidates bring practical leadership in manufacturing or heavy industrial settings, a strong safety focus, and the ability to coach teams while coordinating labour, equipment and resources to maximise

Visy is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to support the safe and efficient operation of our Springvale Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll manage three Team Leaders across a busy 24/7 recycling operation, providing leadership to a workforce of approximately 35 employees across shifts. This is a highly visible role where you'll spend a lot of your time on the floor supporting your team, driving performance, solving problems and identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role will suit a practical leader who enjoys being in the operation rather than behind a desk, and who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments.

What you'll do:
