Visy is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for our Springvale Materials Recovery Facility, reporting to the Site Manager. You will manage three Team Leaders across a 24/7 operation, guiding a team of around 35 across shifts and spending substantial time on the floor to drive performance and problem‑solve.

Visy is looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to support the safe and efficient operation of our Springvale Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll manage three Team Leaders across a busy 24/7 recycling operation, providing leadership to a workforce of approximately 35 employees across shifts. This is a highly visible role where you'll spend a lot of your time on the floor supporting your team, driving performance, solving problems and identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role will suit a practical leader who enjoys being in the operation rather than behind a desk, and who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments.

What you'll do:
