Job summary

EDMO Australia Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production, oversee manufacturing and warehouse teams, and ensure safety, efficiency and on-time delivery. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive productivity, coach staff, read engineering drawings and collaborate with Engineering and Sales to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Sound understanding of WHS requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and production documentation.
• LEAN manufacturing experience.
• General warehousing system experience.
• Forklift licence is required.

• Identify and resolve workflow issues and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, sales, and other cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and quality.
• Ensure operational systems and procedures are followed and maintained by the team.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe production environment.
• Provide hands-on support where required.

The Opportunity:

EDMO Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our highly skilled manufacturing team on the Gold Coast.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, leading the production team, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to EDMO's high-quality standards.
