Qualifications

• 3–5 years in production/manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of production processes and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance for smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and output.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on KPIs.
