Job summary

Kemps Creek-based Toll Group is seeking production/process workers for multiple casual roles with immediate starts. Roles involve repetitive lifting of 10-20kg, with morning and afternoon shifts and a standard 8-hour roster Monday to Friday, plus potential weekends during peak periods.

Ongoing hours and opportunities for permanent placement may arise. Shifts run from 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:15 PM–10:15 PM; candidates must be flexible to 6 days per week and meet safety and quality expectations in a

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily productivity, quality, and attendance KPIs.
• Sort, process, and prepare products per production requirements.
• Perform decanting, bending, packing and general production duties.
• Operate production equipment safely where required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Conduct quality checks and report defects.
• Follow standard operating procedures and workplace instructions.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with housekeeping and general duties.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements.

Multiple Positions Available | Immediate Starts

This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay rates and consistent hours. Multiple positions are available; however, please note that all positions involve repetitive lifting, manual handling, and physically demanding work.

• Morning Shift: $36.58 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: $40.97 per hour
• Shift Times:
  • Day shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 2:15 PM to 10:15 PM
• Employment Type: Casual with ongoing opportunities
• Standard roster is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Weekend work may be required and is a mandatory requirement of the role during peak October 2026-January 2027.
• Candidates must be available to work up to six (6) days per week based on operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily productivity, quality, and attendance KPIs
• Sort, process, and prepare products in line with production requirements
• Perform decanting, bending, packing, and general production duties
• Work independently at a designated workstation while maintaining productivity targets
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area throughout the shift
• Conduct quality checks and report any product defects or issues
• Complete repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting products and materials
• Follow standard operating procedures and workplace instructions
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently where required
• Assist with general housekeeping and continuous improvement activities
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements

Skills & Experience

• Comfortable performing repetitive work while standing for the majority of the shift
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and manual handling of 10-20kg
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, warehouse, or logistics environment highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and remain focused on repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Full availability Monday to Friday and flexibility to work weekends when required
• Reliable transport is essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to complete a medical assessment and police check
• Full Australian working rights
