This is a fast-paced, strongly KPI-driven role working with a variety of retail e-commerce products, from electronics and homewares to fashion and more.

The Pay Rates

• Morning Shift (10:00am - 2:00pm): $36.58 per hour
• Afternoon Shift (6:00pm - 10:00pm): $40.97 per hour
• Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing

• As a Process Worker, you will operate in a high-volume warehouse environment where productivity, accuracy, and performance are closely monitored.
• Meeting Targets: Working efficiently and maintaining a fast pace to consistently meet daily production KPIs and targets.
• Production Line Work: Performing repetitive tasks, monitoring lines for blockages or faults, and working alongside conveyor and automated equipment.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Unloading products from incoming cartons, totes, pallets, and containers, as well as loading outbound trailers destined for fulfilment centres.
• Order Tracking & Quality: Using RF scanners to scan and track inventory, building and wrapping pallets, and checking for damaged items.
• Safety & Compliance: Following standard operating procedures and workplace health and safety manual handling requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Warehouse and process worker experience is essential, along with a track record of meeting strict KPIs.
• Physical Fitness: Comfortable with manual handling (up to 15kg) and maintaining a consistent, fast-paced work rate.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using RF scanners and working with automated processing equipment.
• Reliability & Attention to Detail: You show up on time, take pride in accuracy, follow instructions, and work well in a team.
• Compliance: You have full Australian working rights and are happy to complete a medical and police check.3
