Job summary

Toll Recruit is hiring casual Process Workers for a busy Kemps Creek warehouse, handling a range of retail e-commerce products. You will work across shifts, meeting strict production KPIs with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The role involves repetitive, fast-paced tasks with RF scanning, packing, unloading and loading activities. On-site parking is available and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/process worker experience required.
• Experience meeting KPIs in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiar with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production KPIs and targets.
• Perform repetitive production tasks with accuracy.
• Monitor line for blockages or faults and resolve issues.
• Follow SOPs, instructions and safety rules.
• Unload items from cartons, totes and pallets.
• Scan and track inventory using RF scanners.
• Operate conveyor and automated processing equipment.
• Build and wrap pallets for transport.
• Assist outbound trailers to Amazon fulfilment centres.
• Perform quality checks on items.

Fast-Paced Process Worker - Retail E-Commerce Logistics

Toll Recruit are currently recruiting casual Process Workers to join a busy warehouse team based in Kemps Creek, starting August 2026. This is a fast-paced, KPI driven role working with a variety of retail e-commerce products - from electronics and homewares to fashion and more. If you're reliable, detail-focused, and ready to stay active on the job, we want to hear from you.

This is a strongly KPI-driven warehouse environment where productivity, accuracy and performance are closely monitored. Successful candidates must have previous process worker/manufacturing experience and be comfortable working to strict productivity and accuracy targets.

Pay Rates

• Morning Shift (6am - 2pm): $35.17 per hour
• Afternoon Shift (2pm - 10pm): $39.39 per hour
• Must be available Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Work efficiently and maintain a fast pace to consistently meet daily production KPIs and targets.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining a consistent pace and high level of accuracy.
• Monitor the production line for blockages, faults, or process issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures, production instructions, and workplace safety requirements.
• Unload products from incoming cartons, totes, pallets and containers
• Using RF scanners to scan and track inventory
• Operate or work alongside conveyor and automated processing equipment.
• Building and wrapping pallets for transport
• Loading outbound trailers destined for Amazon fulfilment centres
• Performing quality checks to identify damaged or incorrect items
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and manual-handling requirements.
• Work as part of a team to maintain productivity and ensure products move efficiently through the process.

Skills & Experience

• Warehouse and process worker experience essential
• Previous experience meeting KPIs in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable using RF scanners
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with manual handling up to 15KG
• Can follow instructions and work well in a team
• Flexibility to move through different warehouse functions as required
• Open to completing a medical and police check
• Must have full working rights in Australia
