Process Worker – Woodside, Adelaide Hills

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join our Production & Operations team at Melba’s Chocolates in Woodside, Adelaide Hills.

This is a hands-on role supporting the manufacture and packing of our chocolates and confectionery, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workplace.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow procedures carefully, and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Do you have?

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in food production or manufacturing will be highly regarded.

You will be responsible for supporting the following key areas:

• Production and packing of chocolates and confectionery
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment, machinery, and production areas
• Adhering to food safety and workplace health & safety requirements
• Assisting with stock handling and general production support tasks
• Supporting visitor-facing operations by maintaining a clean and organised production environment
• Assisting with seasonal demands and operational requirements as needed

This is a varied and active role requiring reliability, adaptability, initiative, and a strong commitment to safety, hygiene, and quality.

This position will commence as a casual role during an initial probationary period, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.

The role is based at our Woodside facility in the Adelaide Hills.
