Job summary

Sweet William, one of Australia’s established chocolate brands, is seeking a hands-on Chocolate Production worker to contribute to daily production operations. Training will be provided for chocolate production and equipment operation.

You will pack orders and work in a team to meet production goals, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Expect physical work, Monday to Thursday 6am-2:30am and Friday 6am-12pm, with potential changes during peak periods.

Qualifications

• This is a physical role requiring occasional heavy lifting.
• Great work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with high attention to detail.

Sweet William, one of Australia's most established chocolate brands is currently looking for a hands-on Chocolate Production worker to contribute to the day-to-day operations of our production team.

We are looking for an engaged individual who has a commitment to learn new things and demonstrate a positive can-do attitude!

Ideally you will have food handling experience and the ability to work in a team environment.

Reporting to Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities include:

• Production of chocolate (training will be provided)
• Operation of commercial equipment
• Packing customer orders within deadlines
• Working in a team to meet production goals

Standard Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6am - 2:30am

Friday, 6am – 12pm

There may be slightly different hours during peak production periods.

Qualifications & experience

• This is a physical role and involves occasional heavy lifting, therefore a good level of fitness will be required.
• A great work ethic and working in a team environment.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with high attention to detail.
