With an established network of contract manufacturing partners across Asia and further growth planned, this role will be central to ensuring that what is planned is actually produced – in the right quantities, at the right time.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics, the Production Planning Partner will take ownership of the execution of Flite’s agreed production plan across its outsourced manufacturing network.
This is where planning meets execution.
You’ll work directly with contract manufacturers to translate supply requirements into production schedules, monitor whether factories are delivering against plan, identify constraints before they become bigger problems and drive the actions needed to get production back on track.
Flite manufactures different elements of its product portfolio through a number of partners, including manufacturers in Thailand and China, so there are plenty of moving pieces. You’ll be the person connecting those pieces and creating visibility around what is being made, what is coming next and where intervention is needed.
