Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning or Network Optimisation.
  • Background within FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capability.
  • Experience with ERP, forecasting and planning systems.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and passion for driving change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop medium and long-term supply and capacity plans.
  • Analyse demand trends, constraints and opportunities across the network.
  • Lead scenario modelling and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
  • Support S&OP processes with clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and cost-to-serve.
  • Drive planning process improvements and system capability enhancements.
  • Partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance teams to align business priorities.

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer on the Gold Coast to recruit a newly created Supply Optimisation & Planning Manager.

There are also future plans to further develop the planning function, including the potential implementation of a new demand planning system, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building capability and leading change.
