Job summary

Link Snack's, Casino NSW, seeks a proactive Production Planner to balance demand, capacity, and cost in a fast-paced FMCG setting. You will translate demand signals into executable schedules, lead one direct report, and partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations to optimise production and minimise waste.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain APAC, you will help transition planning from Excel to Dynamics 365 Business Central, embedding automated processes and improving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 2–5+ years experience in production planning and/or scheduling in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience with spreadsheet-based planning and ERP-driven environments.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to report on KPIs.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and medium-term production plans and schedules.
• Align production with demand forecasts, orders, and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and CS.
• Track KPIs and drive improvements in planning accuracy and execution.
• Support transition from Excel planning to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
