Job summary

ARC Group Training is seeking a Production Operator Trainee in Sydney, NSW. You will learn to operate production machinery, work in a clean, regulated environment, and complete quality checks while earning a Certificate III in Process Manufacturing through a fully funded traineeship.

No experience is required and full training is provided; shifts include a Day Shift 7:00am–3:00pm and an Afternoon Shift 3:00pm–11:00pm with 12-hour rosters on a rotating basis.

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Eligible for Australian/NZ citizen or permanent resident traineeship.

Responsibilities

We're looking for reliable, motivated people who are ready to learn and build a long-term career in manufacturing. Available shifts include Day Shift - Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:00pm

Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday - - 3pm-11pm 12-hr Rosters on 3-4 day rotations

About the Role

As a Trainee Production Operator, you'll learn how to work safely and confidently in a clean, regulated production environment. You'll be trained across different stages of the manufacturing process and supported by experienced team members throughout your traineeship. You'll gain experience in:

• Packaging products
• Operating production machinery
• Assisting with setting up, cleaning and maintaining equipment
