Job summary

WorkPac is sourcing for a Multi-Skilled Operator to join a leading coal mine near Hail Creek, Australia. You will operate Dump Trucks (CAT 793, Terex 4400, Kom 960E), Dozers (CAT D10/D11) and Graders (CAT 16M/18M/24M) safely within the Production Department.

You will work 12.5-hour shifts, in a Wed–Tue rotating roster with day and night shifts, and must hold a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to obtain it. Weekly pay and strong on-site culture are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a multi-skilled operator in a production coal mining setting.
• Must hold a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain it.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• SSE signed skills list or RII tickets (within last 5 years).
• Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Operate mining equipment safely across the production area, including dump trucks, dozers and graders.
• Work a 12.5-hour shift on a Wednesday to Tuesday rotating day/night roster.

What you will be Doing

You will be working as a Multi-Skilled Operator within the Production Department on a coal mine near Hail Creek. You will be safely operating a variety of the following machinery:

• Dump Trucks - CAT 793, Terex 4400 , Kom 960E
• Dozers CAT D10, D11
• Graders CAT 16M, 18M, 24M

The successful candidates will be required to work 12.5-hour shifts on a Wednesday to Tuesday rotating day and night roster.

What you will need
