Job summary

Noumi Limited, an Australian producer of plant-based and dairy beverages, is seeking a Production Operator on a fixed-term contract at our manufacturing site. You will operate production and packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate production records to meet GMP and safety standards.

You will join a collaborative, safety‑driven team focused on quality, continuous improvement, and reliable output across shifts and production areas, contributing to Noumi’s Healthier

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating production or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow procedures, complete documentation, and maintain quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and experience completing production records, batch documentation, and operational reports.
• Flexibility to work across different production areas, equipment, and shifts as required.
