Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of production equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Availability to work day shift.
• Must hold Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of production equipment and machinery to manufacture products to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, identify and resolve any issues or variances to maintain optimal output.
• Perform routine maintenance, adjustments and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed production records and complete all required documentation.
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
