Bega Group is hiring production operators for our Ridge Street facility in Bega, NSW. This casual role offers night or rotating day/afternoon shifts and an immediate start for reliable, safety‑conscious workers.

The Role

Bega Group is currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable Production Operators to join our Ridge Street team in Bega, NSW, with multiple casual opportunities available across Night Shift and Rotating Day/afternoon shifts, with immediate starts available.

Nestled on the stunning Sapphire Coast, our Bega site is home to a passionate team dedicated to producing some of Australia's most loved dairy products. At our Ridge Street facility, we manufacture a wide range of packaged, natural and processed cheese products for customers across Australia. From the iconic Bega Mild, Tasty and Vintage cheese blocks to shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger cheese slices, you'll play a key role in bringing trusted products to consumers every day.

Night Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

Rotating Day & Afternoon Shifts

• Monday to Friday on a two-week rotation
• Week 1: Day Shift (6:00 am to 2:00 pm)
• Week 2: Afternoon Shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with procedures and standards
