Job summary

Rockcote is seeking a Production Operator to join the Yandina wet plant, on a 4-day week, 5:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Thursday. This permanent full-time role offers a structured training and competency program and the chance to grow with a proud Australian manufacturer.

You will weigh raw materials, mix products, operate filling and packing equipment, conduct quality checks and keep production data. LF forklift licence, a valid driver's licence and reliable transport are essential; manufacturing

The Opportunity

We are seeking full-time Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Yandina wet plant facility.

In our wet plant, we produce premium ready-to-use renders, textures and protective coatings used to create durable, decorative finishes on homes and commercial buildings across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on role where you will build your skills through a structured training and competency program while working across our production plant.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm.

Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.

Hourly Rate

This is a permanent full-time role starting at $31.27 per hour + super, with opportunities to increase your hourly rate as your skills and competencies grow.

About You

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Safety-focused with good attention to detail.
• LF forklift licence essential, along with a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
