Job summary

Rockcote is seeking a Marketing Coordinator on the Sunshine Coast to bring marketing to life across campaigns, product launches, digital content, events and brand initiatives.

Working with the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate activities, create and distribute EDM/SMS, update website content, and support cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality communications that reflect Rockcote’s brand.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
• Experience in marketing activities or campaigns is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Our Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in bringing Rockcote's marketing to life. Combining coordination, creativity and hands-on execution, this varied role supports the delivery of campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, events and brand initiatives, ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard and reflects the quality of the Rockcote brand.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and key stakeholders across the business, you'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of marketing, from digital marketing and content creation to product launches, events and brand projects. You'll help ensure digital platforms, marketing resources and communications remain accurate, up to date and consistent across every customer touchpoint.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing organisation with creativity, takes pride in delivering high-quality work and is looking to grow their marketing career within a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the delivery of marketing activities, campaigns and projects.

Create, coordinate and distribute EDM and SMS campaigns.

Maintain and update website content and other digital marketing platforms.

Assist with the creation, production and distribution of marketing content, collateral, digital assets, brochures, samples and promotional items.

Support the planning and delivery of product launches, events, trade shows and promotional activities.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, agencies and external partners to coordinate marketing projects.

Assist with campaign reporting, marketing administration and the maintenance of accurate marketing records.

Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement of marketing activities and processes.

Take on new responsibilities and development opportunities as the role evolves and business needs change.

About You

Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in a marketing, communications, coordination or administration role.

Experience supporting the delivery of marketing activities or campaigns.

Experience creating marketing content and collateral.

Experience creating and distributing EDM and SMS campaigns and maintaining website content and digital marketing platforms.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software would be highly regarded.

Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality work.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Collaborative team player who works well across departments and contributes ideas.
