Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Production operator with forklift licence to join a leading beverage company in the Botany area, Eastgardens. This role offers a temp-to-perm path with rotating day, afternoon and night shifts and a competitive hourly rate of $35-$41.

You will work in a dynamic warehouse, support the production line, and ensure food safety and quality standards while adapting to a two-week rotation schedule.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is required.
• Experience with food safety and quality practices is beneficial.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Numerical literacy for counting and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate in the warehouse and support the production line for juice products.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards in daily tasks.
• Rotate shifts as day, afternoon and night, Monday to Friday.
• Operate counterbalance forklift; high reach is advantageous but not essential.

Production operator with Forklift Licence

Eastgardens – Rotating roster– Day, Afternoon & Night Shifts (Must be able to do rotating rosters)

Temp to Perm – Great hourly rate $35-$41 per hour

We are looking for a production operator with a forklift licence to join their team in the Botany area. This is a great opportunity to work for and be supported by a large team and be challenged. This is a temp to perm position, and you must be an Australian Citizen to work in this position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working in the warehouse and assisting the production line making high quality juice
• Rotating Shifts – 2 weeks day, 2 weeks afternoon and 2 weeks night shift – Monday – Friday Only
• Experience and understanding / knowledge of food safety and quality
• Competent counter balance forklift operator (high reach advantageous but not necessary).
• Must be able to work rotating shifts

About You:

• Previous packaging experience – FMCG Environment highly advantageous
• Competent counterbalance forklift operator
• Previous warehouse experience
• Basic numerical literacy – able to count accurately and efficiently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and work independently and in a team environment.
