Job summary

Haynes People is seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our client in Mackay. This role offers a stable full-time position with a Mon-Fri roster and 7:00am–3:30pm hours, delivering hands-on forklift and loading operations in a busy manufacturing environment.

Location is Mackay Harbour, QLD; pay rate is $40.00 per hour plus penalties. The successful candidate will hold LF Forklift Licence, Front-End Loader ticket, a valid driver's licence, and pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol

Qualifications

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• LF Forklift Licence and operating experience (mandatory).
• Front-End Loader ticket and operating experience (advantageous).
• The ability to work at heights.
• Physical fitness for manual tasks and outdoor work.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient forklift operation.
• Front-End Loader operation where ticketed.
• Assist with production processes involving conveyors, bagging equipment, hoppers, blending systems and material handling operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment while working in outdoor conditions.
• Adhering to all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
