Job summary

JK Personnel partners with a well-established local manufacturer to recruit Machine Operators for their Production team in Ballarat. You will rotate across production areas, operate various machinery, and contribute to quality and efficiency on shift.

After a short paid training period on Day Shift, you will join the ongoing roster (Day or Afternoon). Join a team known for stability and loyal workforce, with opportunities to learn multiple processes and advance in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Forklift Licence highly regarded, but not essential.

About the Opportunity

JK Personnel is partnering with a well‑established local manufacturer to recruit Machine Operators for their Production team. With multiple vacancies available and immediate starts on offer, this is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work and want to build a long‑term career in manufacturing.

You'll work in a supportive team environment, rotating through several production areas, learning a variety of machinery to keep the work varied and engaging. The Role

You'll be involved in a range of production activities, including machine operation, mould preparation, packing, assembly and palletising. Staff rotate between workstations throughout the shift, providing variety while developing skills across multiple areas of the plant.

After approximately two weeks of paid training on Day Shift (7:00am - 3:00pm), you'll move into your ongoing roster.

Shift Options

• Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
