Job summary

Aliaxis is hiring for 3 Day Shift Production Operator roles based at North Plympton, onsite parking and uniforms provided. This full‑time permanent opportunity offers work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate production machinery, monitor processes, perform quality checks, assist changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding safety and attendance. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, is reliable, detail‑oriented and a team player,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience operating machinery and production equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and enthusiastic about automation and new technology
• Strong commitment to maintaining a consistent and reliable attendance rate
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to follow procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• The ability to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for improvement
• Reliability, a positive attitude and a strong team focus
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Australian Resident or Permanent resident with full working rights
• Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection moulding, extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment will be highly regarded

About the role

Full‑time permanent opportunities based at North Plympton, onsite parking and uniforms provided.

We are continuing to grow and have 3 Day Shift Production Operator roles available Monday to Friday -7am to 3pm - $30.79 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitoring production processes and ensuring products meet quality standards
• Completing quality checks and following documented work instructions
