Your Role

• Monitor production metrics closely to sustain high productivity and meet customer expectations.
• Spearhead continuous lean improvement projects to eliminate waste, lower costs and boost efficiency.
• Strategize production schedules and workforce allocation to meet fluctuating market demands.
• Align with across teams to swiftly resolve issues and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to enhance machinery reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Synchronize production schedules with preventative maintenance to safeguard asset uptime.
• Control operational budgets and vendor contracts to drive cost-effective business growth.
• Supervise contractor performance to ensure alignment with service excellence standards.
